My Journey to Supporting Coaches and Creatives

I truly understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, burnt out, and doubting whether your voice will ever be truly heard. My name is Natalia Wozniak, and my path has been a journey through the highs and lows of creativity, leadership, and healing.

At just 24, I created my first brand book and led an international campaign for global giants like McDonald’s and Starbucks—working across 64 countries and 37 languages. By 25, I built a creative studio from scratch that gained industry recognition and awards. Early on, I believed that success was all about external achievements, strategy, and beautiful visuals.

But behind the wins, I faced my own battles—unhealed trauma from childhood, burnout, and a sense that I was still searching for my true voice. The pursuit of success blinded me to what I truly needed: inner safety, authenticity, and love for myself.

In 2020, feeling like I’d hit a glass ceiling in the advertising and creative industries, I took a leap into strategy and consulting. My diverse experience—bridging art and business—helped me see that the real power lies in reconnecting with your core, healing what holds you back, and trusting your story.

By 2024, I faced a personal storm—my grandmother’s stroke, my mother’s mental health struggles, my fiancé’s job loss. Despite my milestones, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and questioning my worth. As a CPTSD survivor, I discovered that healing and success are rooted in self-love and resilience.

Today, I empower women and men who are balancing big dreams with deep inner wounds. I teach them that true confidence and impact come from within, that healing is a creative, courageous act, and that sharing your authentic story is your greatest leadership tool.

That’s why I created Popcoachture—to help coaches and creatives reconnect with their truth, craft brands that reflect their unique stories, and lead with bold authenticity. Because I know firsthand that your biggest growth starts with loving yourself fiercely and showing up unapologetically.
